The room service and housekeeping are top-notch, ensuring a comfortable and clean stay. The location of this hotel is fantastic, with easy access to the metro and close proximity to local attractions. I had no trouble finding my way here from the metro station, and there were plenty of markets and food shops nearby for convenience. Plus, it was great to have free parking available for my friend's car.

Checking in was quick and easy. The staff was very hospitable and knowledgeable. The lobby was beautifully decorated and modern. The rooms were clean and spacious. Excellent location - in walking distance to the Metro, nice restaurants, and shopping. There is a Starbucks conveniently located next door. Most importantly the room rates were affordable.

The hotel offered free pet stays and the staff were excellent. The location was perfect, being close to key attractions in the area. Additionally, the rooms were clean.
There were no breakfast services and the air conditioning was extremely loud. We were "upgraded" to a room with two small beds, which was not suitable for a couple.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was excellent, with great access to the metro and local restaurants just outside Washington DC. The hotel is conveniently situated right across the street from the Ballston Mall, which is currently being renovated. This meant that we had plenty of food options and easy access to the metro, making it extremely convenient for exploring the city.
